1.Outline

This equipment welds the spout to the predetermined pouch position using seal heat. With the welding stage as a basis, it is possible to change between center position and corner position, as well as easily change the pouch size making this an excellent all-purpose machine. The pouch can process flat bags or standing. (Please consult us if you wish to use unique types such as gusset bags)

  2. Should the preheating component stop for longer than the specified amount of time during automatic operation (spout heterolysis)
  3. Should the sealing action stop for longer than the specified amount of time during automatic operation (the materials will be damaged due to high temperatures)
  4. Should the machine make an emergency stop, or cease operation for other reasons during automatic operation, the work remaining inside will be disposed of as defective products
